Totally tricked out one of those short Ikea pencils with KOH-I-NOOR No. 1098 Pencil Lengthener, some kneaded eraser and a new point from a KUM long point 2 step sharpener.   I do have to say though, after drawing a page full of animal heads, this pencil does make me appreciate the quality of  my non-free pencils.

I found this photo in an album at my Grandmother’s house.  It’s such a simple snapshot but for some reason I can’t stop looking at it.
